SUBSEQUENT EVENT On October 20, 2020, we completed a $15.0 million equity financing transaction through an SEC-registered, direct offering of our common stock pursuant to our existing Form S-3 shelf registration statement filed with the SEC on August 13, 2019. The net proceeds of the offering were $14.0 million, after deducting placement and agent fees and estimated offering expenses. |
